Guest guest
Does anybody (or everybody) go through " bad patches " ??? Right now its a struggle to to do the basics of getting washed, dressed and to the front door without having to sit down and " take a break " . Normally I get tired quicker than most people at the best of times but these patches are worse than usual. It always seems to happen at this time of year when the weather gets hotter and more humid - the west of Scotland is damp at the best of times but usually high temps aren't an issue. Extreme fatigue is the best way to describe it and apart from that its extremely depressing, not being able to do what you normally do - which is limited anyway. My main problem is not being able to pick up my feet so its a vicious circle - worrying because I can't walk far, worrying whether I'm going to catch my foot and fall and so on. I'm sure getting stressed doesn't help matters either! I'm a right little ray of sunshine this morning - not! Any suggestions on how to manage better?? Help!!!
