Interesting Jackie, I have discovered that I have to adjust my mind

first - then I go on from there. My body listens to my mind, which is

why it is important to me to keep an attitude of gratitude, no matter

what, and feed my mind with healthy 'nourishment' of positive thought,

much like feeding my body with the foods I eat and supplements plus my

exercise program that help it maintain health. I learned this the hard

way - letting my body dictate my life.
