A patient was referred to my office but has chiro care that is restricted to a UNITED HEALTH CARE IN NET doc.Looks like she has to she an ASH DC.Her benefit is $15 copay, $1,000 max/year.Needs appointment for 17 y/o daughter who is having bilat shoulder pain.
