Have your tried a chiropractor??

I have some of the same problems, particularly in my neck and shoulder area. I

have had good success with chiropractic help. I certainly would investigate

this first before going under the knife. Also have steroid shots in the same

area, and this does help for a while. Naproxen (Alleve) helps with this also,

it's a NSAID.
