Dan Gatti filed a class action suit against USAA insurance and AIS. One of the patients represented is from the clinic where I used to work. For awhile he wanted more files to review. I do not know the current status of the case. I had several patients denied further care. I looked at some of the references used, not really pro-chiropractic. One source they site is the Cochrane Review. It states manipulation is not much more effective than massage, both of which provide marginal results.
