my introduction

I am an Asian-American male with CMT 1A. I have sought a site like this

for quite awhile and just joined your group. I am 25 and employed in

the guest services offices of a large hotel in the L.A. area. I have

been with this company for 3 years now and everyday is new and still

exciting. I hope to go on for future education in hotel management. I

was diagnosed with CMT when I was 8. My parents were both born in the

states, but grandparents and cousins still are in the old country, but

we get together at every chance.

I am so happy to find a place of such positive thinking in regards to

CMT - this was ingrained in me as a child and I believe helped to

encourage me. I have been a member of other lists before, but did not

care for alot of the drudgery.

I noticed that a few posts were on healthy eating. I strongly believe

in this and pay special attention to what I eat. I believe in the

merits of brown rice with vegetables and fruit. I am also a beginning

student in Zen.
