Guest guest
Hi everyone,, Is it helpful to see a neurologist or get physical therapy? It is kinda cool I am 56 and my primary care physican is a female in her 40's who knows all about CMT because when doing her interning she worked with a MD that had it and he made sure everyone knew about it, what it was and how it can affect people in all different ways. She asked me one time if I used a cane and I said sure my husband. Cause I do hold onto him when we are out walking together. I know he doesn't know or feel the things I do. Loss of balance.. Speaking of balance does anyone have good balance days and bad ones? Who do you go to for AFOs? Sometimes I think I am in denial because I just haven't found out about this stuff. This group is so comforting and has so many wonderful ideas and things to say. Thank you for all of your information it is so nice to talk to people that actually experience the same things I do.. Thanks again Elaine,
