Guest guest
Docs,Just wondering what you feel is necessary time to treat your patients? How many are using modalities to keep patients feeling like they are getting value just to keep them around? Seems like more and more docs are doing more and not getting paid for it just to keep patients around or get patients from other offices that stick to what is clinically necessary. Since when is the chiropractic adjustment not enough for simple subluxated patients? Points, views?I am all for doing what is clinically necessary and doing what is right for the patients, but when do you look at insurance companies that prohibit modalities and only reimburse for CMT and stick to what they want versus doing therapies for free since patients will seek out other docs that will do them for free and not charge them for the services given. Some patients really drain. Yours in Health,Dr. Adam Derr, D.C.541-385-7890"There is no effect without a cause. Chiropractors adjust causes. Others treat effects." B.J. Palmer, D.C.
