That's what I decided on using...does this sound appropriate?

Problem: Undesirable food choices r/t lack of diet advancement and excessive

intake of liquid calories from protein supplements AEB dietary recall.

Completed Intervention: Recc. limited use of protein supplement to ½ scoop (13g

pro) and replace liquid supplement with 2oz solid protein from meat, fish,

poultry, eggs, or soy TID.

Goal: <100 calories from liquids daily.

Thanks so much!

for follow-up we are challeneged to come up with PES statements based on our old

documentation. This one has me stumped:

instructed to limit liquid protein to 1/2 scoop protein powder daily and to

choose 2oz solid protein foods TID.

inadequate protein intake or overall excessive energy intake. She had been

educated comprehensivly on diet advancement. She really wasn't outside the realm

of normal and was nutritionally fine and losing weight well, just eating in a

way that won't support her weight-loss goals long-term.
