List Serve Experts: What are the current guidelines for screening for gestational diabetes in patients who have had gastric bypass? Are there published standards that insurers/payers will accept if they need to be seen by a diabetes educator [to teach self management and bg monitoring] but are contraindicated for the OGTT because of sugar load?
