The brainchilld of Riverside entrepeneur Lema, these homes offer buyers a choice of heights, depths and widths of kitchen counters and cupboards. The plan also provides options for toilet placement and access to dishwashers and stoves. Endorses by United People with Disabilities, the plan is most popular with builders of manufactured homes, Lema said. He hopes to increase awareness of this concept to on-site builders as well.
