I have a lap band patient who has gotten into competitive running and has been doing lots of mini marathons. She is needing help with carb loading prior to an event. Any sports nutritionists out there that could help me give her advice

on when to start the carb loading/how much/ and possibly a meal plan to follow?? I’d appreciate any ideas! Thanks!
