Regarding Thiamin Protocol

Would anyone be willing to share their program's Thiamin protocol? We've added

Thiamin to our pre-op labs and are unsure how to treat if Thiamin deficiency

occurs prior to surgery. We're also trying to better our post-op protocol for

patients with low levels (mild to severe).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
