From Brazil - My Introduction

Hi, my name is Tânia Dornellas, I got married two years ago, some months after

the marriage we discovered that my husband has CMT,since then (September, 2004)

I have been reading the group posts and the has helped me a lot, I feel

like I’ve known you for a long time!

My friends, in my country we don't have much information about CMT, so you can

imagine how I got happy when I looked an e.mail posted last week about a

Brazilian researcher. Now, I'll try to contact him, to know the news about CMT

in Brazil. In the next Tuesday, we have an appointment to confirm the type of

CMT my husband's family have. The doctors think that is CMT 1A. My husband and

his family did the test on September, 2004 and just now we'll know the results.

If you meet other people from Brazil with CMT, please tell me, I’d like to meet

them to change informations…
