Bariatric Surgery Program Dietitian

Full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Bariatric Surgery Program Dietitian works with minimal supervision reporting

to the Bariatric Surgery Program Clinical Program Director and Medical Director

in an outpatient setting. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, the

dietitian provides nutrition education and care to the bariatric patient. The

primary responsibilities of the Dietitian is a consulting and counseling role

providing patients (individually or group classes) education as well as

development and coordination of the outpatient nutrition education program to

optimize postoperative outcomes and attainment of optimal weight loss and

health. This position is requires a fully engaged dietitian who enjoys being

dedicated to the needs of the Bariatric Program and its patients. We seek an

individual with skills and interest in unique problem solving, innovation,

creativity, flexibility, public presenting, project improvement, team

collaboration, and engagement in continuous program improvement.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: NH Licensed and Registered Dietitian. Preferred

1-3 years experience in outpatient and/or Bariatric Surgery Programs.
