Guest guest Posted June 26, 2012 Report Share Posted June 26, 2012 Does anyone at the practice/facility deal with patient always waiting to the last minute to schedule their supervised weight loss session and risk missing the month to lead to them having to begin again? How do you deal with this at your practice? How do you keep track of where patients are in the process? How is your supervised weight loss sessions set up to reduce this occurence? Need suggestions!!! There are time when I feel like I can't say no because it will push the patients back from having surgery and since we are such a small group I feel pressure to make accomodations to fit the patient's in and get them through surgery, even if this may be demonstrating noncompliance.
