Guest guest Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 Dietitian-Clin Bar Program Department: General Surgery Schedule: Full time 40 hours Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM Salary: $40,913.60 - $56,149.60 - $71,385.60 Job ID: 20904 Job Code: 002070 Job Details: Bariatric Surgery Program Dietitian The Bariatric Surgery Program Dietitian works with minimal supervision reporting to the Bariatric Surgery Program Clinical Program Director and Medical Director in an outpatient setting. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, the dietitian provides nutrition education and care to the bariatric patient. The primary responsibilities of the Dietitian is a consulting and counseling role providing patients (individually or group classes) education as well as development and coordination of the outpatient nutrition education program to optimize postoperative outcomes and attainment of optimal weight loss and health. This position is requires a fully engaged dietitian who enjoys being dedicated to the needs of the Bariatric Program and its patients. We seek an individual with skills and interest in unique problem solving, innovation, creativity, flexibility, public presenting, project improvement, team collaboration, and engagement in continuous program improvement. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: NH Licensed and Registered Dietitian.
