Multivitamin without Folic Acid or Folate in it

I have a patient who had extremely high folate levels on her labs, our PA wants

her to take a multivitamin without folic acid/folate in it. Does anyone have

any suggestions?

Does she have any symptoms suggesting SIBO? If I remember right high folate

levels can be indicative of SIBO which occurs more frequently with RNY pt's

than lap-bands (not sure about sleeve, switch). That is all that I can

recall right now about high folate levels! Hope this helps some.
