Not sure of PDCAAS but I do know the 45g is per 2 scoops, so you have to use more liquid. It tastes good though, in my opinion :) Dana Schaub MS,RD,LD Clinical Dietitian Specialist on @ Singing River Health System and South Mississippi Surgical Weight Loss Center DanaPearson@... Has anyone done the PDCAAS for this product? It supposedly has 45 grams of protein per serving and is a blend of whey & egg white protein.

If you have the amino acid profile, I'll be glad to calculate the PDCAAS. I do not have this information in my files. Generally speaking, the source proteins (whey and egg white) have a PDCAAS of 100%, however, there may be other sources of nitrogen in the product that can change the product's total score.
