We have a patient that had a gastric bypass about a year ago, and had multiple

problems, so our surgeon reversed her to a gastric sleeve. She has been very

malnourished, on and off tube feeds for the past few months and is now vitamin K

deficient. Our PA is asking about what dosage to start her on to treat this,

and I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
