6 months suprevised dieting

We currently do individual appointments for each person undergoingtheir 6 months supervised pre-op diet to meet insurance requirements; howeverour volume has become too much for one dietitian to handle.  Hiring a seconddietitian is just not in the budget.  I am considering changing to a “classâ€format.  Would anyone be willing to share how they conduct their classes whilestill being able to document specific to the patient on their current diet andexercise habits.   Thanks in advance-_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
