Guest guest
We charge a new patient fee and they have to pay our education fee. The cost for their band adjustments (self pay) are more than for patients that had bands done with our physicians. From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of jeremiah elizondo Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 9:42 AM Subject: Transfer patient fee We are getting a large number of transfer patient requests to be seen at our facility. Close to two hundred a year now. They have had surgery in Mexico or other facilities in the state and are wanting to f/u with us. Do any of your practices charge a base transfer patient fee.
