Hi ,

Do you have specific things that are discussed at each of those times? I’m looking for guidelines that are covered during the sessions at 4 & 6 week, 3, 6,

9, 12, 18, & 24 months. I would really appreciate your help!

Thanks,

Abby

Great to hear from you!

To assist with your question, I am assuming you are asking about the frequency of visits for post-op patients. We (the surgeon, Deititian, and Exercise

Physiologist) see the patients at their 2 week follow-up, 4 week, 6 week, 3 month, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and then yearly. As a group, we are open to seeing patients more frequently when they need additional support/guideance; many times at these additional appointments

(for example, at 15 months out) it may be just the Dietitian or EP and not the surgeon. There is no co-pay for RD or EP visits.

I hope this answers your question.
