Beth

Great to hear from you!

To assist with your question, I am assuming you are asking about the frequency of visits for post-op patients. We (the surgeon, Deititian, and Exercise Physiologist) see the patients at their 2 week follow-up, 4 week, 6 week, 3 month, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and then yearly. As a group, we are open to seeing patients more frequently when they need

additional support/guideance; many times at these additional appointments (for example, at 15 months out) it may be just the Dietitian or EP and not the surgeon. There is no co-pay for RD or EP visits.

I hope this answers your question.

Take care and feel free to get a hold of me,

Hi Beth!!

We see patients 1 week, 1,3,6,9,12 months and every year after that OR more

frequently if needed. This is also when they see our surgeon

Take care

Please advise me on your current protocol.  Are there established standards?
