I had a patient ask me about this, another item seen on the Dr. Oz show. The claim was it helped with the fat that builds around the hips and butt and helps to regulate estrogen. The recommendation was two cups a day. The brand was Vita

Plus. Anyone know anything about this or have any insight?

My nutrition supplement book has it listed for use with Breast tenderness, Symptoms of menopause, and preventing osteoporosis all of which have no scientific research to back the claims.
