Hello,

I have a patient seeking bariatric surgery with our program in Palm Springs that

needs 6 months of documented nutrition counseling for insurance approval. She

is in Ramona for the month of February due to a family obligation and will not

be able to meet with me. So, I'm looking for someone near Ramona/San Diego that

would be able to see here for one visit. Her insurance is Tricare. If you
