Yes, of course you can. Add a little oregano, dried onion, salt and

pepper and you have Italian Salad Dressing.

Sorry about that, not poking fun, just reminding you that the items

we use so often for soap and other toiletries are so often

considered, well, food.

I gotta tell you, apple cider vinegar might do wonders softening

(heck, maybe even removing) calluses on your feet if they're soaked

for a couple of weeks, but a bone spur? The Apple Cider Vinegar

would have to eat a hole through your skin to get to the bone and

then dissolve the bone (vinegar isn't strong enough to dissolve bone,

but if you stick a dried chicken bone in vinegar for a couple of

weeks, it does get rubbery).

It couldn't hurt, I guess, but I suspect there's not a word of truth

to it, sorry.

I really doubt this would work. I had every known treatment, including

cortisone shots. I am currently recovering from endoscopic surgery to

relieve the pain.......

I've just gotten some emu oil to massage on the heel.... it is purported to

help relieve pain.

Hi Glitz, I am ready to try anything for heel spurs too.

I'd love some recipes for remedies for heel spurs that work. and are

manageable. Here's hoping we get lucky.

Can you mix Apple Cider Vingear with oil?
