Guest guest Posted June 18, 2005 Report Share Posted June 18, 2005 DEAR FRIENDS, I WOUNDER IF ANYONE COULD TELL ME WHEN IT IS THE BEST TIME TO TAKE SUPLEMMENTS LIKE VIT C, E, AND CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM, FISH OILS. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT IT WILL DEPEND OF WHAT WE ARE TAKING, BUT FOR NOW I JUST WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT VITAMINS AND MINERALS. I ALWAYS TAKE MINE IN THE MORNING WITH MY BREAKFAST BUT I AM NOT SO SURE IF IT IS RIGHT THING. TAKE THEM ALL TOGETHER! I TAKE WITH FOOD MOST OF ALL TIMES. THOUGHT ABOUT VIT C? BEEN AN ENERGETIC.YOU COULD NOT TAKE AT NIGHT? WHAT ABOUT GLYCINATE MAGNESIM AND CALCIUM. MAYBE THOSE COULD BE GOOD IDEA TO TAKE BEFORE GO TO BED.I DON'T KNOW. THANKS A LOT EVERYONE.
