Fred,

From my experience, yes, my short-term memory returned to normal after

stopping the Neurontin. This issue is exactly why I stopped the Neurontin.

Yes, the Neurontin caused me to gain weight. The Neurontin worked wonders

for the neuropathic pain in my foot, but I could not tolerate the side

effects.

Hi Fred,

I have not noticed weight gain from taking Neurontin but I have noticed that

my memory hasn't gotten better. It hasn't gotten any worse though. I stopped

the Neurontin because it just wasn't helping at all. But I'm in line for foot

surgery in June so I hope that will help with the pain and I won't need to be

on any pain killers. I see my neurologist next week so I'll have to wait and

see what he says.
