Arizona info on living wills is being provided free in the Phoeniz area by the

Hospice of the Valley, 602-222-2229.

A free brochure about the free living will service being provided by the Arizona

Secretary of State is also being provided by the Hospice of the Valley.

The Hospice is also conducting free programs on living wills in Glendale

Tuesday, May 3, in Phoenix Wednesday May 4 and in Mesa Saturday May 7. More

information on these programs can be obtained by

calling 602-636-5394.

The Terry Schaivo case has caused a lot of interest in living wills.
