Guest guest
Missy, I don't believe this is due to CMT, if you haven't used lotion in quite awhile, you may have developed a skin sensitivity to it, so that when you used it, you felt burning. Also, check to see what the ingredients are. I have had to change lotions from lanolin based ones to glycerin based ones due to aquired lanolin sensitivities. You might want to try some Aloe Vera instead of lotion for awhile too. It's good stuff, very soothing. I am also wondering if your old lotion had gone bad/or went out of date, and thus may have caused the burning. Just my 2 cents here, and thinking out loud again. lol Hope you are OK. ~ Gretchen

Guest guest
Missy, Just thought I'd let you know that I had the same thing happen to me once. I think, in my case at least, that it was due to something in the lotion breaking down and becoming an irritant. I threw that lotion out quick ; ) JB
Guest guest
JB, Thanks for your reply. I think maybe that is my problem also, or maybe there is something in it that irritates my skin. Thanks.
