Guest guest
Hi Carolyn!! I agree, Janis's workouts do seem better suited to using weights for kickboxing - I think it is the slower pace. The newer Tae Bo's also move more slowly than the older ones and weights work there, too. What is the TJ rotation you're following? I'm basically just alternating it with strength work - I'm sort of doing something like this Strength (can be anything, although orginally planned to do Slim Series but the dread factor was too high, maybe this week..I'll try it....) Cardio (one of the longer Turbo workouts) Cardio & Sculpt (a shorter TJ cardio and TJ toning) Yoga If I get bored I'll use different workouts for cardio, sculpting, etc. Speaking of rotations and confessions - I do have another - I picked up Jari's Slim and Lean and Ripped to the Core. I found a coupon at VF (in the bagrain section for those that are interested!) for Borders that is 30% off any item. I used it to get both of these workouts (printed out multiple copies of the coupons and acquired them over several trips to Borders!) - with the 30% off the price was just a little higher than Deep Discount price and since I used cash, no complaining from the DH! :> I think I read somehwere that you were going to do a rotation using all three of the Ripped workouts - are you still planning? What are your plans? Do you need a buddy? Take care!! It is fun to be chatting with you again!
