Guest guest Posted August 21, 2006 Report Share Posted August 21, 2006 was feeling fatigued this morning so decided on light cardio to loosen up. did leslie sansone's WATP express 1 mile easy walk, followed by 2 mile brisk walk. leslie uses a resistance band (she calls it 'a stretchie') to do a bit of upper body toning during both workouts .... i felt that these sections served as good stretches for my back, chest and arms. i also modified the workout 'up' by kicking higher, changing the front kicks to side/back kicks and using the rebounder as the dvd cued up in the player/during the workouts' intros. i also added my own lower body stretches to the end. total of 58 mins and now i feel looser and more awake, just in time for lunch!
