Hello Everyone,

Yes, I have been out and about so have not had the time to post.(it is

Summer so we are getting out as much as possible). However, I wanted to add

that according to JAMA women who breastfeed their babies will have higher

cholesterol and should not be tested until they are not breastfeeding any

longer.

I found this out the hard way. Plus doctors should not require you to have

cholesterol checked when breastfeeding.

Exercise is very good for anyone. I walk a lot along with a slow jog. I have to

be careful because of the impact it could have on my knees. Yet, I feel better

and it gets me away for a bit. I have five children.
