Could be a neuroma or spur of some sort, but I am not a doc. I have had

neuromas before, but in between toes and they were successfully helped by

injections. I suggest getting this checked out immediately by a " conservative "

orthopedist who specializes in feet. Our feet are SO important, so is the right

care.
