Friday workout- The Firm

This morning I did The Firm Fat Blasting Cardio... I LOVE this workout. I normally have no energy for cardio, but the music in this one is awesome and it's just right in intensity for me at 6am. I also love the fact that it's only 30 minutes. Not sure why I don't do this one more often, even as an add on.

After that I did the floor work from Total Body Shaping Mix. I wanted a little more legs since I didn't get any this week (except for the yoga last night) and I wanted some ab work. I always love all the floor work in all the Firm workouts so I picked one that had a little legs and a little abs. I kept my ankle weights on during the entire ab routine and I was really feeling it. I think I'm going to try to start wearing them during abs, I think it gives the lower abs a little extra burn. Anyone tried using ankle weights for abs?
