I can't speak highly enough about shoe inserts/orthotics as long as you get

them well made by someone who knows what they are doing. Ten years ago when I

finally got a pair that was well made for my feet, they changed my life so to

speak. I went from daily pain to no or very very little pain at all. What a

difference. I went ten years without problems. I look forward to a complete

recovery from my foot surgery and getting back into my sneakers with inserts.

I just know they'll make the difference. It's one of the best places to start

for foot pain because if they work it's so well worth it.
