Guest guest Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 This evening I was supposed to 25 minutes of cardio so I tried to come up with a non step workout (SJP step would've fit the bill for this one) but I'm trying to not do step back to back. I did Hi/Lo Heaven and did the warm up and stage 1. Then I did Leaner Legs abs and the planks and supines from Kickbox. I burned 322 calories. Happy tomorrow is Friday!!
