Guest guest
if you use ascorbic acid instead of citric acid they will most definitely turn brown! some of the recipes say ascorbic acid works - but when I tried it, I got swamp water bombs! > > Did yu use Vanilla , or any part thereof, to fragrance??????Holly > > > Yes I did use a vanilla FO but I didnt think it would turn brown > because it is a clear color > > Jacqui > Elegant Kreations
Guest guest
Hi all. If a recipe calls for honey, can glycerine be substituted(not related to my other question)? I am looking at a bunch of lovely sounding recipes, but the few I have made containing honey leave an odd smell on my skin within about 10 minutes. Same problem I had with lotions containing lecithin. Thanks for the wisdom everyone! Leanna in Alberta.
