Guest guest
Some time ago, there were discussions of insulin resistance and several people posted and discussed an article on food basics and references describing primitive eating habits. One of the people posting signed their e-mail with not only their address, but also gave the link to their personal web page. We looked at this web page and it was something we definitely wanted to keep but somehow forgot to put into our " Favorites. " To better describe it, the site had great description of the person's success with his " Meat, Leaf, Berry Diet " and a even included a new food pyramid based on this plan. We remember he was a young man with a wife and 2 kids who, we think, was a coach at a University. The site included lots of personal and professional information as well as photos, and great diet advice. We searched the ST archives and found some of the discussions, but not the signature with the link to the page or whatever form it was originally posted in. If anyone has the link to this person's home page or if the person owning the page could repost it's address, we would very much appreciate it. In general it's a great site which we'd like to pass on to others, and in particular, someone looking at diet options. Alas, we can't find it --- help!
