Thanks about the muscle compliment, but I'm sure it's NOT muscle because I haven't been consistent with my exercise routines, just ask Carolyn, she knows. Power 90 isn't too hard at least not the first two workout. I had been exercising for a whole year, then went to Las Vegas in March and that upset the apple cart. I'm finally deciding I need to get back into exercising. You will get the Power X.
