Hi Jen,

It could be muscle that you've gained!

Good luck with your new rotation. I've heard the Power 90's are tough.

Hi Kerry, nice to finally chat with you. Thanks about the muscle compliment, but I'm sure it's NOT muscle because I haven't been consistent with my exercise routines, just ask Carolyn, she knows. Power 90 isn't too hard at least not the first two workout. Hi Jen,

I haven't been consistent with my exercise routines either, I was doing so well, too. I had been exercising for a whole year, then went to Las Vegas in March and that upset the apple cart. I'm finally deciding I need to get back into exercising.

You will get the Power X.
