thankyou michelle! i will do it tomorrow and let you know how i make

power yoga workouts and do them from time to time, but it isnt

something that i do alot... im drawn more to restorative yoga

practices (ie: stretching vs strength) because ive usually worked out

with weights and my muscles are sore, or else i dont want to

over-train. however, i purposely put a long yoga day into this

rotation so that i can finally use some of my power yoga videos!

especially since there is a cardio day on sunday before i start using

the weights again with jari. so.... lets hope that it will go ok

tomorrow!

yes i can do bow. as for twists, i can really twist well at the

waist, but can never get my hand around my back to grab onto my thigh

(if you know what i mean... i dont explain it very well)
