I've seen your workouts and you are a very motivated gal.

Guest guest
Hi Kassia, Congratulations to your sister! What an exciting event. Now you have a purpose for working out and watching what you eat. You can do it! Kerry Kassia wrote: good morning ladies and gentleman, the challenge is on for me now. my sister is coming down the 28th of this month(she is in NJ and i am in VA). i figured it was b/c we haven't seen each other in awhile and i will have a chance to meet my nephew. my first time as auntie. well the bombshell was dropped by her twin(they dont' even look alike) and her that she will now marry on the morning of the 29th and that she has already arranged things with the courthouse to have a judge marry her. now now i know not a big to do wedding but still we must look our best!!!!! so its now 10 days to try to drop some of this bloat. no way do a i need to lose weight but its time to firm it up in 10 days with intense exercise(not long just intense) and proper eating. most of my dresses are a little form fitting and there is NO room for a bulge. so right after viola gets on the bus i will push myself to get some instense step in. tomorrow is weights so i am going through my mind on what do to tomorrow too. i have been taking it way to easy on myself lately with exercise so this might just the jolt i needed to keep me from going downhill in my fitness routines. 10 days to slightly slim down is no problem, i have done this before(at my own wedding LOL) and i can do it without cutting calories or execising until the cows come home. thanks for listening kassia
Guest guest
You're doing great , you're seeing some awesome results! Good for you. Kerry wrote: Good luck and congrats to your sister. I am having luck losing inches with the Turbo Jams. I lost 2 inches in my waist last week! I think it was because the diet I was on bloated me (I don’t get along with too much meat and protein) and once I started eating fruits vegetables and grains (my ideal diet plan) I lost inches. Of course I am having a pants problem again – now “the well they are loose but at least they aren’t tight” pants are loose enough to fall off my hips. A bit on the embarrassing side. I still don’t feel like I have the toned look though. I do see my biceps and triceps even when not flexing, but my shoulders, back and abs are horrible and my legs look like sticks! Let us know how it goes. I’d love to hear a toned in 10 days plan that works lol.
Guest guest
I don’t know why I am losing inches, because I haven’t been good about working out. I’ve gone from 6 workout days a week 2 hours a day to 3 workout days less than an hour a week. I really think it is just the results of shedding bloat from that low carb 6 day diet I tried. So I guess it would be the diet that caused the inches lost but I am just now seeing it. I do really want to see more of a toned look going on so I need to get moving with it all. It feels like cheating to lose inches without doing much. But my body is still getting used to the school schedule so that could be it. Guest guest
A lot of changes going on. At least you are seeing results, I wouldn't question the why or feel guilty about it. Enjoy it! Guest guest
Good plan, Kasssia. When I used to give blood, I was always a sucker for the hot dogs! LOL... > Good luck, Kassia! Guest guest
it was at the college yesterday and they had pizza. that was soooooo tempting. but i went over to the cafeteria(where dh is the supervisor) and just had some pasta with a light red sauce and alittle more juice. i would have loved a salad but i am so paranoid b/c of the spinach out break that i am leary of all leafy lettuces. they had stir fry but the person running the veggie station i don't care for his cooking. i did have fruit though so it was better then not eating anything in that food group. kassiarevaddict <revaddict@...> wrote: Good plan, Kasssia.
