Sounds like you've had a good day so far Carolyn! I'm glad to hear that you're feeling better today. You have a great attitude about things, I wish I was more like that.

ok, im back in the groove today!!

started out the day with a coffee, then a yummy strawberry protein

shake.

then did my workout this morning... did turbo jam:cardio party

remix, which is only 30 mins long but chalene keeps the pace fast and

doesnt rest between any of the combos, also she included 2 turbos!

good one!. after that i did leslie sansone's 'you can do pilates'

which includes a 15 min tutorial with leslie that covers the basic

pilates exercises. then a 7-8 min workout where she does those

exercises in succession and on both sides. then a 7-8 min segment

where she repeats most of those exercises but includes the use of a

resistance band. not a bad little workout for a light day (skipping

the instructional) and the whole thing is really good for beginners.

after that i did yoga with sharon mann -- made some selections from

her 'works' dvd, which was fine except that the selections duplicated

some of the poses. oh well.

im feeling better today about everything, except for my weight which

i just finished a healthy lunch and ive got the housework caught up,

so i think that i will go and read a book or watch some tv for a

while as a treat :)

hi michelle - thanks! but really, ive just finally resigned myself

to the fact that there is nothing else that i can do but to keep on

working on it. i definately have decided that i dont want to get

bigger, so there is no alternative! LOL

i screw up but keep getting back in the saddle... having all of my

friends here really helps me to get back on track :)

Glad to hear you are back in the groove Carolyn! I hope you had a
