Guest guest
Hi, Well, this evening I couldn't decide what workout I wanted to do. I knew I wanted to do one of the Imax workouts, but couldn't decide on Imax or Imax 2 so I decided to do both. I did Imax 2 warm up and 1-5, then did Imax 6-10. This was a sweat fest for me. The only weird thing is that though I burned a lot of calories (497) I burned more when I did Power Max the other day. By the time I got to Interval 9 of Imax I was ready to quit, I was tired. Of course I didn't quit, I made it through and even managed to do the entire workout without modifying anywhere. Looking forward to trying out RTTC for the second time tomorrow. Have a great night!!!! ~~
Guest guest
How about Turbo Jam Lower Body? I like to do some " toning " if I don't feel like I had better push my legs to the max, but if I still want to work them a little.I did Rhythmic Step this morning and burned 630 calories, then I did TJ lower body, and I just got done with Coremax, the 3rd one. I got a good workout in yesterday too. If I can get on a roll w/ getting out of bed in the morning I do alright.... I have Kim coming at 8:30 tomorrow so I will have to have it all done by then again.... Anyway, I'm rambling..DarcyOn 10/5/06, fitgrl222@... < fitgrl222@...> wrote: This evening I did Imax 6-10. The warm up alone gets me tired in this workout. In fact, I think the warm up is like 15 minutes or something. I burned 326 calories. After that, I did Body Max abs and I used my ball and held a 5 lb dumb bell behind my head, excellent way to get a great burn. I'm still thinking on my leg workout in the morning. I'm wondering if I should even do one. All day today my legs have been slowly starting to feel DOMS and I mean ALL OVER. I think I'll see how they feel in the morning. Have a nice evening everyone!!!!

I think I'm going with the floor work from Pure Strength. Great calorie burn!!!!!!!!!
