Guest guest
Hi Karla! Welcome - congrats on getting through it! I'm definately interested in hearing more about these workouts. I have the original Bootcamp set, but not this one.. I'm sure someday, right? Take care, Donna --- bkbb64 <tincup1@...> wrote: > I did Mission One again this morning for the second > time since > receiving the set. Guest guest
The first DVD, Mission One, is very basic. It's about 40 minutes long, but there's lots of slow instruction on how to do the taebo moves. Bily has you go back walking in place after each taebo move instruction, so it's definately not aerobic. It's great for those new to taebo, like me that need every move explained slowly. At the end of Mision one does an 8 minute recap of each move. I did that the extra 8 minutes the first time, but I don't think I'll need that portion again. Also, the weighted bands significantly add to the difficulty level. Right now I'm using the bands without the weights. I'm going to have to do that for a while before trying the class with the weights put back in the handles.
