hey, thanks kerry ! i also bought a new pair of avia's they

were $20 off so that is why

although yesterday i was feeling a twinge in my lower leg (not sure

if it is pain from the ankle or calf or shin... it is vague but hurts

enough for me to notice it) and right away thought that i should get

new workout shoes. i was wearing reebok's but feel that they have

never been the best for me. so today i saw a nice pair at a good

price and i bought them, along with the 2 dvds! shhhh! please dont

tell my dh.

A new pair of Avia's I've heard they are supposed to be good.
