Guest guest
Carolyn, I think York does lead the Shaping up, I get her and mixed up sometimes. I'll let you know when I do it, I may have to modify big time after my disappointing exercise session today. The book is an informative read. It goes through all the types of things that can go wrong with the knee, then goes on to suggest whether you need surgery for the type of injury you have. I flipped through and did see some exercises at the back of the book, so maybe it will get into strengthening the knee area and injury prevention.
