I know a lot of people probably do think I'm crazy how I workout, because I'm sure I'm one of the very few that does workout in the AM and PM. Most people have jobs and don't have the time for it. I work, but not outside the house. My DD says I work harder at home than most people at a job do. Of course I'm on the obsessive side with trying to keep everything in order, I have a tendency to have everything "perfect" so I'm odd in that way for sure. I do like being able to get either a cardio and yoga or weight training and cardio in on the same day. I haven't lost any weight by doing this, In fact, I weighed myself this morning and it's just stuck in one spot. You'd think all that I do I would drop a pound even? NOT.. oh well.. at least I'm not gaining which I usually do. Anyway, thanks for making me not feel so crazy about the two workouts!!!! Guest guest
Hi , maybe if you shaked things up and did something different maybe that would help you to lose some weight. How much do you want to lose? From your pics I bet you don't really need to lose any. Take care, Jen --- fitgrl222@... wrote: > > In a message dated 10/23/2006 10:34:55 A.M. I've thought that I have been trying to shake things up, but I guess not.
Guest guest
Maybe that Body for Life plan would be good for you to try...? Guest guest
Don't feel bad for posting here! I'm kind of new to the group - but I think everyone would agree with me - that sometimes it's harder to stay motivated - just restart with something easy. I didn't do anything yesterday. But today I walked for 45 minutes and also did strength training. > > > > > In a message dated 10/23/2006 11:23:07 P.M.
