Weigh-In Monday July 31, 2006 January 1, 2006: *200.6* LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 205.6THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 205.8LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: GAIN of 0.2 lbs this weekMILEAGE (based on 1 mile = 15 mins): 18 miles approx.TOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE: 270 minutesGOAL WEIGHT: 120 lbs I gained a little bit of weight again this week but it's due to TOM. The aunts are gone, HALLELUJAH! I will have to come up with a "lights out" workout because yesterday our electricity went off due to high winds....luckily it came back on in a few hours. If they go off again maybe I will use Joyce

Vedral's "Bottom's Up" weight training routine from her book. Is it HOT enough for you??? Jen
